Air Zone Industries International, Inc. a Texas Corporation was founded in 1994. The corporate offices and manufacturing facilities are located within the northwest business district of Houston, Texas at 5220 Ted Street, zip 77040. 

Air Zone employs approximately fifty people and owns more than two-acres of manufacturing facilities. The manufacturing plant is equipped with overhead cranes to handle incoming steel and outgoing finished products. An additional 12,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space owned by Air Zone is leased to a third party on a short term basis until needed for expansion.

Air Zone also offers a patented Triple Redundant Air Handling Unit for projects that demand operation 24-hours ad day, 7-days a week on a continuing basis. This unique patented air system that is often used in refinery control room operation is available with explosion proof construction and exotic metals or coatings.

Tradesmen with many years of experience assemble these quality components with knowledge and skill; management supervises at eachstage and testing confirms quality in every unit.

Air Zone Custom Air Units are constructed with a unique tongue and groove panel design that provides structural integrity. Preformed corners are used to form a square footprint. Each structural panel is placed according to an exact plan the allows the removal of each major component.

Inverters and starters may be recessed into the unit casing or mounted internal to the unit casing (subject to local codes).

NEMA 1, 3R & 12 enclosures are standard; other enclosures are available on request.

Customer furnished controls are very common at Air Zone. The installation of controls furnished by others and installed by the factory is a normal option.

Air Zone offers a patented triple redundant Air Handling Unit that provides 24 hour a day service 7-days a week to critical installations that demand air pressurization and air conditioning.

The unique design of the Air Zone unit provides mirror image side-by-side units in horizontal or vertical configuration. Each side is sized to provide the normal cooling/heating load and air pressurization load. The opposite side being a mirror image serves as a 100% stand-by. 

In the event of a loss in build pressure or temperature the stand-by side can automatically start.

During maintenance or service face dampers, discharge dampers and the internal cross-over damper allows any component to be isolated and serviced or removed.  The air may enter the left side and cross-over internally using the internal damper and right fan while the opposite items are serviced.

Standard options often include a common intake and discharge plenum to properly use the cross over design.

Exotic metals and coatings are normal options; air-scrubbing filters and mixing dampers including OA economizer is common.
